Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally included in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
